Quick Jerk Tofu Pizza
Are you looking for a quick vegetarian or vegan recipe? This jerk tofu pizza is delicious, quick and easy. If you use ready-made pizza dough, it's ready in no time, but you can of course also make the yeast dough yourself.
For the Jerk Tofu Pizza you need
1/2 package smoked tofu
1 package pizza dough (round)
Tomato sauce
Gouda cheese (alternatively vegan cheese)
Tomatoes or your favorite vegetables
YARDIES Jerk Sauce
YARDIES Jerk Marinade
some oregano, olive oil
First, cut the tofu into cubes, add about 1 teaspoon of YARDIES Jerk Marinade and 1-2 tablespoons of YARDIES Jerk Sauce. Then let everything soak in for a while, at least 30 minutes.
In the meantime, you can grate the cheese and chop your favorite vegetables.
In the next step, preheat the oven, unroll the pizza dough, add tomato sauce and top with all the other ingredients.
Now cook in the oven until the edge is golden brown and the cheese has melted (follow the preparation recommendation for pizza dough)
Sprinkle with oregano if desired and drizzle with olive oil or some jerk sauce.
