Preparation instructions for making a jerk marinade
Use 1-2 teaspoons of Grace Jerk Seasoning per 500g of meat. Additionally season the meat with your favorite all-purpose seasoning (e.g., Green Seasoning) or dry jerk seasoning (e.g., from Dunn's River) and let it marinate for several hours, ideally overnight.
