Airfyer Jerk Chicken Wings Rezept

Air Fryer Jerk Chicken Wings

Sometimes you just need really good jerk chicken, but without having to fire up the grill for hours or spend ages in the kitchen. That's exactly what these Airfryer Jerk Chicken Wings are perfect for. Quick to prepare, simply seasoned, and crispy, juicy, and full of flavor in less than 30 minutes.

The airfryer does the work for you: no smoke, no turning over an open flame, no mess. Just marinate, put them in, let it run, and they're done. And the best part? Thanks to authentic jerk seasonings from brands like Dunn's River, Grace, or Tropical Sun, the wings get exactly that spicy, slightly hot Jamaican vibe you love. With a finish of jerk sauce (for example, from Encona), they become wonderfully sticky on the outside while remaining buttery tender on the inside.

Perfect for a quick after-work meal, spontaneous visitors, or when you simply crave something spicy, without any grilling stress.

Airfryer Jerk Chicken Wings

Ingredients
600 g chicken wings
2 tsp jerk seasoning (paste), e.g., Dunn's River, Grace, Tropical Sun
2 tbsp jerk seasoning (dry spice mix), e.g., Dunn's River or Tropical Sun
Jerk Sauce, e.g., Encona or Tropical Sun

Preparation
Clean the wings with a little vinegar and lemon water. Separate at the joint. Season with jerk spice mix and jerk seasoning paste and marinate for approx. 30 minutes (or longer).

Grill the wings in the airfryer at 180 degrees for approx. 25 minutes. 5 minutes before the end of the cooking time, brush with a little jerk sauce and finish cooking in the airfryer for another 5 minutes.

Whether as a snack, party food, or simply a quick dinner – these Airfryer Jerk Chicken Wings bring an authentic Jamaican feeling to your plate in less than 30 minutes. Spicy, aromatic, and slightly sticky due to the jerk sauce, they are just the thing when you crave intense flavor without spending a long time in the kitchen.
