Ingredients
1/2 Green apple
1 Orange
1 piece of celery (fingernail-sized, otherwise the taste will be too strong)
1 piece of ginger (fingernail-sized)
1 handful of baby spinach
1 splash of fresh lemon juice
1 can of Grace coconut water (310 ml)
Ice cubes (optional)
preparation
Blend all ingredients together using an immersion blender or mixer. Pour into a tall glass and serve with ice cubes if desired.
